Critical Race Theory Explained with Monique Duson

October 25, 2021

What is Critical Race Theory. Monique Duson and I discuss CRT in this episode of DyerConversations. We show how CRT is tied to other ideologies like fat studies, gender studies, able-bodied studies, etc... We discuss how CRT teaches that minorities have a unique voice of color and whether there is any truth to that statement. Our conversation discusses whether CRT is a biblical concept and whether churches should talk about it at all or just leave it alone. Finally we ask what Christians can do to help promote real reconciliation.

Was America Built on Racism?

Was America Built on Racism?

August 17, 2021

Is America systemically racist? Was America built upon racism? Critical Race Theory teaches that the very systems of America are systemically racist. CRT also pushes itself as the new civil rights movement. However, the Abolitionist and Civil Rights leaders would disagree with Critical Race Theory. Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King Jr. thought the founding principles of America were beautiful, just, and right. Check out this video to see how they disagree with the claims of CRT and why CRT is simply wrong about the founding of America.

Critical Race Theory and Intersectionality

Critical Race Theory and Intersectionality

August 4, 2021

What are critical race theory and intersectionality? In this episode, I will examine quotes from CRT advocates regarding intersectionality. I will attempt to show how it does not present an accurate picture of reality and how it is self-contradictory. This episode is part of a playlist on Critical Race Theory. What are the challenges facing Christians today?

What are the challenges facing Christians today?

July 19, 2021

What is going to be the greatest challenge facing Evangelical Christians in our current culture? I thought it might be the issue of sexuality. However, Tim makes a case that it is going to be social justice. How should the church approach social justice? Should they even be involved in it?

Is the Shroud Real

Is the Shroud Real

July 5, 2021

I've recently been getting into research regarding the Shroud of Turin. I did a podcast with expert Joe Marino and asked a lot of questions. However, in this clip I cover what I consider to be one of the strongest objections to the authenticity of the Shroud of Turin. The issue of when and where the Shroud pops up in history leaves me scratching my head on whether it is real or not.

Can a Christian Doubt?

Can a Christian Doubt?

June 27, 2021

Can a Christian have doubts and still believe in God? What level of confidence can we have in what we believe? Is it ok to not be sure about everything in the Bible? These are just a few questions all Christians have. Tim Hull, from Dealing with Deconstruction podcast, and I discuss why Christians should not be over-confident regarding everything they believe and why.

Dealing with Deconstruction

Dealing with Deconstruction

June 23, 2021

You may have heard of popular Christians, like Rhett and Link, Kevin Max from DC Talk, the Gungors, and Jon Steingard, deconstructing their faith. Maybe you do not even know what "deconstruction" means. If you understand it, then how do Christians respond? In this podcast episode, Tim Hull from "Dealing with Deconstruction" podcast, joins me for a great conversation about life, ministry, and following Christ. Tim works alongside of Bobby Conway "The One-Minute Apologist" and also serves on staff at Image Church near Charlotte, NC.

The Pyramids of Egypt how and why

May 25, 2021

How and Why were the Pyramids of Egypt built. Ted Wright with Epic Archaeology explains his theory on how Noah's Ark is connected to the planning and construction of the great Pyramids. Critical Race Theory Explained; Microaggressions and White Privilege

May 3, 2021

Have you ever been called a racist simply because you are white? What is systemic racism and is it true? In this episode I will discuss how Critical Race Theory says marginalized groups of minorities have a unique voice to speak about racism. We will examine the claim and see how the fruits of Critical Race Theory are rotten.
